We want you to love your Taglia products. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at tizitagliaa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at tizitagliaa@gmail.com with a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
